3. Client Responsibilities

Permits and Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for your project, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Project Agreement.

Site Access: You are responsible for providing us with clear and unrestricted access to the project site during agreed-upon work hours.

Utilities: You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary utilities are available and functioning at the project site.

Changes and Variations: If you request any changes or variations to the scope of work outlined in the Project Agreement, you may be subject to additional fees.

Payments: You are responsible for making timely payments in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the Project Agreement.
4. Company Responsibilities

Quality Standards: We will perform all work in accordance with good industry standards and applicable building codes.

Materials and Equipment: We will use high-quality materials and equipment for all projects.

Permits and Approvals: We will assist you in obtaining necessary permits and approvals, if applicable.

Project Management: We will provide project management services to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.

Warranties: We offer limited warranties on our workmanship and materials, as outlined in the Project Agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the Project Agreement. Generally, we require a deposit upon project commencement, with progress payments made throughout the project and a final payment due upon completion.
6. Change Orders
Any changes or variations to the scope of work outlined in the Project Agreement must be confirmed in writing through a signed change order. Change orders may impact the project schedule and cost.
7. Delays and Cancellations
We will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, you may be liable for cancellation fees as outlined in the Project Agreement.
8. Warranties
We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship and materials, as outlined in the Project Agreement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the Client or third parties.
9. Liability
Our liability for any damages arising from our services will be limited to the project cost. We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Project Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Project Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and the Project Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on our website. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
